How We Work

• Inspection first. We check the roof for moisture and drainage before recommending anything.
• Written estimates. Prep, foam and coating are listed separately, with the product and thickness named.
• Straight answers. If a roof isn't a good candidate for a coating or an overlay, we say so.

Before You Hire Anyone

In Arizona, roofing contractors are licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under the R-42 (residential), C-42 (commercial) or CR-42 (dual) roofing classifications.
